01. Delivery & The Drop
Bold Cookies is a small-batch, homemade bakery. To ensure you get the freshest product while keeping delivery costs fair, we operate on a Batch Drop Model.
Scheduled Drops (Wed & Sat)
- We bake fresh on the morning of our Drop Days.
- Free Delivery Drop is applied to 4-packs and 8-packs for these scheduled windows only.
- Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM the day before a drop.
- Delivery windows are typically between 12:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
Express On-Demand
- If you need cookies outside of our drop days, we can arrange a private courier.
- The cost of this courier is footed by the customer. Prices shown on the bag are estimates.
02. Payment & Ordering
Because we are currently in our validation phase, our checkout process is handled personally via WhatsApp.
Confirmation
Your order is officially confirmed once we have received your delivery location and payment has been processed.
Payment Methods
We typically accept payment via Payment Link (Credit/Debit Card) or Cash on Delivery (COD). We will coordinate this with you during our WhatsApp chat.

Our cookies are massive and gooey. To get the best out of your BOLD experience, please follow these tips:
The Best Way to Eat
Our cookies are best enjoyed warm. We recommend reheating them in a preheated oven at 180 C for 3-5 minutes, or in a microwave for 15-20 seconds.
Shelf Life
Cookies will stay fresh for up to 3 days in an airtight container at room temperature. For longer storage, they can be frozen for up to a month (just thaw and reheat!).

By placing an order with Bold Cookies, you agree to the following:
Refunds & Quality
Because our cookies are perishable food items, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please message us on WhatsApp with a photo within 2 hours of delivery, and we will make it right.
Allergens
Our Signature Cookie contains Walnuts, Dairy, Eggs, and Gluten. Our kitchen handles nuts and flour daily. We cannot guarantee a 100% nut-free or gluten-free environment.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order up to 24 hours before the scheduled drop day. Once we start the baking process, cancellations are not possible.
05. Privacy & Data
We believe in keeping things simple. We aren't in the business of selling your data.
What we collect
- Order Info: Your name, phone number, and location are used only to fulfill your order via WhatsApp.
- Analytics: We use basic tracking to see visit counts. This is anonymous.
- Communication: By messaging us on WhatsApp, you consent to us replying regarding your order.
